Our #1 oyster, renowned for its sweet-and-salty cucumber flavor, the Pacific Griller Oyster is a family favorite. Known for their gorgeous ruffled shells, these oysters come in shades of green, brown, black, white, purple, and pink. The meats are robust, perfect for grilling or serving on the half shell.
We farm our Pacifics in various bays all around the Puget Sound, each contributing a unique flavor profile.

They taste really good i grilled them. Some showed up dead. But other than that great experience

Such an easy experience! I was super worried about delivery but these arrived the day before christmas, completely cold, sealed well, and handled with care. The temperature card inside indicated they were safe to eat and we had no issues in my group. We're in Oregon now but from Seattle, such a treat to get Taylor Shellfish through the mail. The oysters smelled like sea salt and just so fresh when I opened the box. The colander method recommended worked super well. My group's eyes were bigger than our stomachs, 30 pieces was too much for the 5 of us on christmas day with all the other good snacks going around. Next time I'll reserve more in my fridge for the day after christmas as the storing method will keep them fresh for 5 days. Absolutely delicious! Such a fun new tradition for us.
