Description
Our #1 oyster, renowned for its sweet-and-salty cucumber flavor, the Pacific Griller Oyster is a family favorite. Known for their gorgeous ruffled shells, these oysters come in shades of green, brown, black, white, purple, and pink. The meats are robust, perfect for grilling or serving on the half shell.
We farm our Pacifics in various bays all around the Puget Sound, each contributing a unique flavor profile.

We grilled 13m the first day (which were good), but 2 were HORRIBLY bad and had to be discarded (black/brown muck inside). My husband got COVID the next day (nothing to do with the oysters) so we had to throw away the rest .
Big, Delicious and Fresh
These are big fat delicious oysters! Invite friends to help you eat them all. Each one was like 3 bites and I had to for lie down for awhile after eating 5 (way too much but I couldn’t let them go to waste). Get the herbed butter to top them. It’s a must! They were delivered very cold and smelled only of the sea. Every one was alive and briny with goodness. The communication from Taylor re arrival time was excellent. This was my first order but definitely not my last.
