Description
Our #1 oyster, renowned for its sweet-and-salty cucumber flavor, the Pacific Griller Oyster is a family favorite. Known for their gorgeous ruffled shells, these oysters come in shades of green, brown, black, white, purple, and pink. The meats are robust, perfect for grilling or serving on the half shell.
We farm our Pacifics in various bays all around the Puget Sound, each contributing a unique flavor profile.

Live Pacific Grillers
Oysters arrived in excellent condition. Challenging to shuck in comparison to other varieties but well worth the work! Meaty and briny. I had ordered intending to grill but ended up enjoying them raw!
Oysters for New Years Eve 2025
We ordered oysters for our New Years Eve celebration down in Temecula, California. They arrived when promised and were in perfect condition!!! We had a few on the half shell, but most of them on the BBQ with garlic butter. What a great treat!!!!
