Have purchased these oysters on numerous occasions. I have served them in stew, casseroles, oyster shooters, pan seared and just right out of the bucket! Salinity is perfect and all oysters are consistent in size. I have had oysters in New Orleans, North Carolina coast, Boston, Florida and other places. These are as good as or better than all I have consumed. Shipping is timely and product always arrives at acceptable temperatures.
