We ordered small shucked oysters. They arrived right on time. The oysters were beautiful, packed tight in the container and smelled like the ocean. The scalloped oysters, which are a tradition in our family, were the best we've had in years. We'll be ordering again.
Have purchased these oysters on numerous occasions. I have served them in stew, casseroles, oyster shooters, pan seared and just right out of the bucket! Salinity is perfect and all oysters are consistent in size. I have had oysters in New Orleans, North Carolina coast, Boston, Florida and other places.
