Shucked Oysters - Small

These shelled oysters are incredible and well worth the price. I originally ordered the medium but they were too large (believe it or not) for my oyster stew. The 'small' are still large and plump and incredibly delicious AND well worth the price. Thank you Taylor Shellfish!!!!!

Small oysters shucked

This is the 3rd year in a row my family has gone with Taylor's and we are always satisfied with the results. Holiday supper was fantastic once again.

small oyster meat

Living in South Texas, I've always known Gulf oysters....eating them on the half shell, with red cocktail sauce...lots of horseradish. These "small oysters" are larger than the regular gulf oyster and so sweet that many use a vinegar based dip for them. Can't say enough about them....Love them grilled !
