Small shucked

Easy to use. I poached them in wine chicken stock and mire poir. Let them cool then panko breaded to pan fry. Delicious

Shucked Oyster meat

Oysters were plump and juicy. I decided to air fry them for po'boys and they were delicious.

These oysters tasted like they were fresh out of the ocean and reminded me of the ones that my mother would pan fry on the weekends when I was a child. I’m glad that I ordered the small oysters and equally glad that I ordered the breading mix. Perfection.
