small oyster meat

Living in South Texas, I've always known Gulf oysters....eating them on the half shell, with red cocktail sauce...lots of horseradish. These "small oysters" are larger than the regular gulf oyster and so sweet that many use a vinegar based dip for them. Can't say enough about them....Love them grilled !

Small shucked oysters

Delish! Second time ordering, the first were so good. Being from Seattle area and now living in Colorado, I miss the great seafood. Oysters are usually only available during Nov-Dec here,now I can eat them all year! Very fresh and tasty. Customer for life!

Fresh and delicious

The oysters were very fresh and tender. A little bigger than I expected, but delicious. I had an encounter with customer service due to a shipping issue out of Taylor Shellfish Farms’ control. They have wonderful customer service. I got very prompt responses and they made the situation right even though they weren’t at fault. I’m a forever customer now!!
