Shigoku oysters are innovative Pacific oysters grown in float bags that rise and fall with the tides, gently tumbling the oysters. This process mimics a good workout for oysters, strengthening their adductor muscles and resulting in firm, plump meat and a deep, clean cup.
Shigoku means "ultimate” in Japanese, and we think these unique oysters fit the bill.

I usually order from a company on the East Coast but based on a friend's recommendation I gave you a try. Two thumbs up. The Shigoku Oysters were packaged to perfection, they survived sitting on the porch in the sun for longer than I expected and the taste was perfect. I will be a return customer, soon.
