    Great knife for popping hinges

I love this knife. Learned to pop the hinge (rather than start in from the side) and this knife makes that easy.

    French blue oyste knife

Without this knife the oysters would still be alive. Recommend this knife and watch the video on shucking. Excellent product

    French Blue Oyster Knife

I have an (east coast) oyster knife that is probably close to 50 years old. I have never been able to shuck oysters with it. Too long, and deadly if it slips. The FBOK was very easy to use. I felt great as it was the first time in my entire life that I have been successful in shucking my own oysters Thanks!

    Oyster Knife

Buy this knife! I own probably 20 oyster knives, and have 2 or 3 of these plus several similar to them. A must have in order to shuck Kumamotos, the smaller Pacific (gigas) and even the smaller virginica oysters. Roughing up the plastic handle with a rasp or file helps to keep a grip when the oyster shells start flying.

    French blue oyster knife

The only way to go. We prefer that our cooks buy these. Cheap and reliable, and fast.
