Paella Kit

Why does paella have such a "difficult" reputation? Taylor makes it easy, this was delicious. We burned the bottom for the crispy rice effect, and the pan that was included was a bonus!

This kit was a homerun for our family! I did buy some extra shrimp to add to the dish because I felt there wasn't enough. I also started on the stove top and baked in the oven at 350 until done. The bottom of the pan had a nice crust which added another dimension of flavor. We had just enough for 5 people. Will buy this again.

Delicious! The kit had everything needed, but we added chorizo for a spicier flavor. The rice took longer to cook than instructions said, but it did get a nice crispy socarrat on the bottom due to the grill. Shared amongst four people and had plenty. Would order this again!

It’s a great deal, everything is in there, you just need to put everything in there! Would have been better if the shrimp heads weren’t taken off. Umami of the sea! Yummy!
