Description
Shigoku oysters are innovative Pacific oysters grown in float bags that rise and fall with the tides, gently tumbling the oysters. This process mimics a good workout for oysters, strengthening their adductor muscles and resulting in firm, plump meat and a deep, clean cup.
Shigoku means "ultimate” in Japanese, and we think these unique oysters fit the bill.

Shigoku Oysters
Bought one box for ourselves, and a box each for our two boys that are living in Arizona. Their wives texted back that even their young kids all liked them and ate them. Unusual for such young children, but I guess that speaks of how good they are! I send them boxes of oysters every year for Christmas. They're all born and raised here in the Puget Sound area in the PNW and are used to good seafood and shellfish, but now they all live down in Arizona. Try finding fresh oysters down there, still cold upon arrival!
