• 15 Totten Inlet Virginica oysters: Crisp with a firm texture and heavy briny flavors, which lead to a buttery taste, with a hint of sweetness at the finish.
• 15 Pacific Petite oysters: Briny with a pleasant vegetal flavors imparted by algae and a sweet finish.

Everything perishable is shipped with plenty of frozen gel ice packs (dry ice for frozen products). During the checkout process, you can select the delivery date of your choice from a calendar of available days. We offer delivery Tuesday-Friday and everything is harvested fresh to order.
