Fresh and everything anyone needs to partake in this experience. Only complaint is that the bag of small oysters was very very disappointing. At best they were the size of a 50 cent piece. The oyster in the shell even smaller. In a lifetime of living around Puget Sound I never saw oysters that small and if we did, we certainly wouldn’t pick them to eat them.
