Cioppino

All the seafood was exceptional - bravo! The sauce took some doctoring to pump up the heat and the flavor, but easily done. All in, a delightful treat.

Cioppino

I fell in love with cioppino in San Francisco and so for a New Year’s Eve party I decided to make it. Not only was it easy and delicious but it took only minutes to put together needless to say it was a huge hit. And I’d do it again and maybe add some halibut. It’s a perfect meal kit arriving fresh and ready till event. I received mine on Friday AM and refrigerated and had it New Year’s Eve. I followed the recipe in Taylor’s recipe for cioppino wine shallots and crushed red peppers! And of course a baguette- Bon Appetite
