Manila clams

We ordered these for the second time to serve for pescatarian neighbors who have a hard time finding amazing seafood here in the desert. As with the first time, these were delightfully petite and tasty steamed in a white wine and garlic broth. The first 5 lb had just one broken shell. This time 2 were damaged and 2 shells were empty. A great product!

Wonderful little delights

We made a Portuguese stew with our clams in our Instapot. They were fantastic! It was super easy and delicious!

Manila Clams

Yes, I am a convert. I bought the clams for a special occasion to surprise my partner who is a clam lover. We cooked Ms. Nguyen’s recipe but with clam broth (Bar Harbor) instead of broth. Fabulous with a crusty French Bread.

Manila clams

Enjoyed very much... just two of us to a few different preparations.., yummy

Definitely recommend them

Small and so tender. Made chowder using recipe from Duke’s. It was wonderful!!!

Manila Clams

Our order was very fresh. The clams were small and sweet, with only two broken shells in 5 lbs. We added a little vermouth to the steaming water this time, and they were delicious.

Manila clams

Manilla Clams

Knowing I still crave seafood at 71 years of age, I knew I needed to order 10 lbs. of the clams. They were quite tiny, but so very sweet. Fall is an excellent time of year for the sweetness to come through more than their normal sweetness. They came Friday after I had eaten dinner. Saturday I had clams starting at breakfast and ate all 10 lbs. on that day by myself. I am so glad that the Taylors have kept their farms and expanded. Without their wonderful seafood, I would be very disappointed. My grandparents lived nextdoor to the Taylor's parents, so I was raised on seafood. Thank you for such great clams and all your seafood.
