    Perfect Experience and Oysters!

    I can not say how pleased I am with the small Oysters I ordered for Easter dinner! The order process was super easy and they showed up to my door (in Eastern WA) on time and very cold - just as stated! I will be doing this again!

    Small Shucked oyster meat

    I've been buying these for years and find that they just keep getting better ! Perfect size for poor boy sandwiches and oyster shooters. The sweeet brine taste begs for a champagne vinegar rather than a cocktail sauce dip. The Taylor fried oyster video was spot on ! Yummm

    Small shucked

    Easy to use. I poached them in wine chicken stock and mire poir. Let them cool then panko breaded to pan fry. Delicious

    Shucked Oyster meat

    Oysters were plump and juicy. I decided to air fry them for po'boys and they were delicious.

    Excellent!

    These oysters tasted like they were fresh out of the ocean and reminded me of the ones that my mother would pan fry on the weekends when I was a child. I’m glad that I ordered the small oysters and equally glad that I ordered the breading mix. Perfection.

    Shucked Oysters - Small

    These shelled oysters are incredible and well worth the price. I originally ordered the medium but they were too large (believe it or not) for my oyster stew. The 'small' are still large and plump and incredibly delicious AND well worth the price. Thank you Taylor Shellfish!!!!!
