I received our oysters yesterday and we had part of them for dinner last night. They had excellent flavor and so nice to see small oysters that were actually small.

Small Shucked Oyster Meat
Long time Taylor customer and have yet to be disappointed - these are listed as "small" but for frying (which was what we did with our batch) the oysters can be cut in half and still make a nice mouthful. They arrived in perfect condition, fresh and oceany. Both sides of my wife's family are from Seattle and while we're in southern CA Taylor is our go-to for fresh shellfish.

Way too big! I liked the small better.
