    Small oyster meat

    Fresh and wonderfully sweet. I am not an oyster fan. The only time I’ve ever enjoyed an oyster was a kayaking trip on Barkley Sound in Canada. We stopped at a tiny island that happened to be part of an oyster farm. We asked the owner if we could try an oyster or two and he said to eat as many as we wanted. Fantastic! The small oysters we received from Taylor Shellfish Farms were that level of fresh and sweet. We ate a couple fresh and then I made oyster stew with the rest. Wow, what a treat! If they offered extra small, I would buy them.

    Small Shucked oysters

    The oysters arrived in excellent condition and were very fresh. I love fresh pan fried oysters Within 25 minutes of receiving the oysters from Taylor Shellfresh farms I immediately pan-fried 15 of them to eat I was in love The oysters were packed and delivered in perfect condition

    Loved these oysters. They arrived in great condition, and we shared with family. Glowing reviews from regular oyster slurpers. Small oysters are still pretty good size. We will order again- and our family will also start buying from Taylor.

    Small Shucked Oysters

    We ordered small shucked oysters. They arrived right on time. The oysters were beautiful, packed tight in the container and smelled like the ocean. The scalloped oysters, which are a tradition in our family, were the best we've had in years. We'll be ordering again.

    Shucked Perfection

    Have purchased these oysters on numerous occasions. I have served them in stew, casseroles, oyster shooters, pan seared and just right out of the bucket! Salinity is perfect and all oysters are consistent in size. I have had oysters in New Orleans, North Carolina coast, Boston, Florida and other places. These are as good as or better than all I have consumed. Shipping is timely and product always arrives at acceptable temperatures.
