Shigoku oysters are innovative Pacific oysters grown in float bags that rise and fall with the tides, gently tumbling the oysters. This process mimics a good workout for oysters, strengthening their adductor muscles and resulting in firm, plump meat and a deep, clean cup.
Shigoku means "ultimate” in Japanese, and we think these unique oysters fit the bill.

The order process was simple and they arrived the next day. They were fresh and very delicious. The only negative was two of the 40 oysters we ordered were empty. As soon as I picked them up I could tell they were lighter than the others.
