Description
Shigoku oysters are innovative Pacific oysters grown in float bags that rise and fall with the tides, gently tumbling the oysters. This process mimics a good workout for oysters, strengthening their adductor muscles and resulting in firm, plump meat and a deep, clean cup.
Shigoku means "ultimate” in Japanese, and we think these unique oysters fit the bill.

Cold, fresh, well packaged
The Shigoku oysters were perfect and having them delivered. Packaging was very well done to insure freshness.
Delicious
These oysters are amazing. Having them delivered to my door is about as easy as it can be at a reasonable price. They keep well too, so we can enjoy them over a weekend. My only issues is that there always seems to be 1-2 dead per shipment when they arrive. Hard to say if it's a quality problem or a shipping / handling problem.
