Shigoku oysters are innovative Pacific oysters grown in float bags that rise and fall with the tides, gently tumbling the oysters. This process mimics a good workout for oysters, strengthening their adductor muscles and resulting in firm, plump meat and a deep, clean cup.
Shigoku means "ultimate” in Japanese, and we think these unique oysters fit the bill.

WOW these were delicious. Perfect, briny, and sweet - they were super fresh and kept really well in the fridge. Ate most of them raw out of the half shell, but the last 6 in the box were beautiful broiled with lemon garlic butter and breadcrumbs. I can't wait to order them again.
Arrived in a great package, ate all the oysters the day they arrived! My wife was upset because I didn’t share with her.... will order again!
