Description
Shigoku oysters are innovative Pacific oysters grown in float bags that rise and fall with the tides, gently tumbling the oysters. This process mimics a good workout for oysters, strengthening their adductor muscles and resulting in firm, plump meat and a deep, clean cup.
Shigoku means "ultimate” in Japanese, and we think these unique oysters fit the bill.

Shigoku Oysters
Loved these! Wonderful fresh and briney taste with a slight cucumber on the palate. Kept for over five days and never a bad smell. All 30 oysters were good and ready for eating!
