Kumamotos
I lived in Union years ago and would pick these up when going to family gatherings in Seattle. I Sent them to my brother in CA and he flipped out as to how good they were. Well worth it.
Prized for their sweet honeydew like meat brimming with sweet liquor, Kumos are loved for their clean and fruity aromas.
Grown from rare, mid-century heirloom seeds dating back to the original Japanese imports of the 1940s. Slow-grown and a labor of love these Japanese natives grow significantly slower than most oysters (approximately 3-5 years!), but some things in life are worth the wait, and Kumos are one of them!
Petite but deeply satisfying, these oysters measure approximately 1-2 inches and offer a consistently delicious oyster on the half shell.
Quantity: 30 count
Flavor Profile: Bright, sweet flavors with a cucumber finish.
Size: Approximately 1 - 2 inch shell

These oysters are nothing short of the very best oyster to eat raw with a few micro-greens right out of the shell. The taste of this oyster is extremely refreshing and simply delicious. This oyster served as described above is a welcoming treat on a cold Winters night. Will be ordering more as we have been doing for over 15 years now. Taylor Shellfish farms have never disappointed. Thank you for providing us the public the opportunity to have quick access to this little gem.
Package arrived on time. Package was packed nicely can wait for it to open up and see what good stuffs was inside. Each oysters was line straight inside the tray and cover with sea fresh smell. Kumamoto oysters are small but they are sweet creamy and has a melon taste after.
