Description
Fat Bastard Oysters are the largest size of our premium Tide-Tumbled Pacific oysters. Grown since 2009, these oysters are cultivated in our tumbling bags that are affixed to floats, gently rolling with the natural tide to create smooth, deep cups.
By floating near the water's surface, Fat Bastard Oysters feed on the freshest algae, resulting in a bright, savory flavor with plenty of briny liquor.

Shipping was spot on and we always love the Fat Bastards!
Disappointed
Ordered geoduck and fat bastards online from website. Shipping was on point. Geoduck was great. This review is for the fat bastards that I ordered and the response I received. I sent pics of the size and opened oysters and clearly 75% were not fat bastards. Kumamoto maybe? Very small oysters and did not taste the same. The response was a slap in face that “fat bastards are different in size and can vary depending on where they were harvested from.” Meaning they don’t stand by there products and send crap to people online. Fat bastards are FAT and plump and they should send me same size orders and not tiny ones.
