By floating near the water's surface, Fat Bastard Oysters feed on the freshest algae, resulting in a bright, savory flavor with plenty of briny liquor.

I have ordered the Fat Bastards multiple times. They never disappoint. Big , firm, fresh, so much brine. Has a big taste. Started shucking for fried . But we just started eating them raw. No lemon or condiments. Just kept slurping them down on their own . Incredible.
We ordered these for our New Year’s party. They were a complete hit. Very meaty and a wonderful hit of brine. We’ll DEFINITELY order these again.
