Fat Bastard Oysters are the largest size of our premium Tide-Tumbled Pacific oysters. Grown since 2009, these oysters are cultivated in our tumbling bags that are affixed to floats, gently rolling with the natural tide to create smooth, deep cups.
By floating near the water's surface, Fat Bastard Oysters feed on the freshest algae, resulting in a bright, savory flavor with plenty of briny liquor.

Fat Bastards
This is my first experience using 2nd day shipping instead of overnight, and it went very well delivering the oysters very fresh and all alive. Superb quality! I’d do overnight if it were summer. It takes 2 full days with them arriving in the late afternoon.
