Heartwarming stories, delicious recipes, and beautiful photography

I love how this book celebrates Xinh's story, captures her spirit, and features my favorite recipes so that my tastebuds' memories may live on! This book's gorgeous photoraphy and additional stories make it a gem that will be the birthday gift for my mom, mothers-in-law, and I'm keeping one for myself!

    Xinh's Book

If you like to cook Pacific NW Seafood then this is the book for you. My wife & I have had the pleasure to have dined at Xinh's Restaurant & taken a cooking class fro her at Bayview School of Cooking. Now to have these recipes in one book to go back to time & time again, doesn't get much better! So delicious
