Take home our Taylor Oyster Bars famous Geoduck Chowder! The same recipe we use at our oyster bars, now available to be shipped directly to you.
We use our pristine geoduck, local potatoes and veggies, as well as fresh herbs and spices to mix up the perfect batch of chowder every time. Just add heavy cream, half & half or your favorite milk alternative.
Our prized geoduck takes 6 years to mature and is known as the largest burrowing clam native in the pacific northwest. Why Geoduck? We believe geoduck meat is best clam meat for chowder. Its flavor and texture adds a perfect combination.
Serves roughly 4
Directions: Best to thaw before cooking, allow 24 hours to thaw in refrigerator (can be prepared from frozen). Combine 16oz base and 16oz of preferred milk/milk alternative in sauce pan over low heat. Heat until temperature is 165 degrees (F).
Ingredients: Potatoes, Onions, Celery, Geoduck, Pepper Sweet, Carrots, Garlic, Butter, Thyme Fresh, Fish Sauce, Herbs & Spices
