Our prized geoduck clams take six years to mature and are the largest burrowing clams native to the Pacific Northwest. Their unique texture and subtly sweet, briny taste make them the ideal choice for chowder, setting it apart from traditional clam chowders.Serves roughly 4
Directions: Best to thaw before cooking, allow 24 hours to thaw in refrigerator (can be prepared from frozen). Combine 16oz base and 16oz of preferred milk/milk alternative in sauce pan over low heat. Heat until temperature is 165 degrees (F).
