Arrival of product was perfect. All still frozen solid. Left in container over night for lack of room in freezer and we’re still frozen the next morning. Put them on trays in refrigerator and dressed them around 5pm server at 5:30 broiled with Caramelized leeks and Buerre blanc butter! What a hit!!! Perfection at its best!
