Excellent Oysters
Delicious, easy to make and fast - one of my favorite meals - I add some pre-made creamed spinach n cheese and its Oyster Rockefeller ... yummy!!
Wowed by the whole process!
After spending the winter on the Mississippi gulf coast and enjoying their oysters, decided we wanted to share the experience with friends. Couldn't find any company from that area who would ship frozen oysters to me, but Taylor Shellfish came up during the search. Found what I wanted easily and quickly ordered. Email confirmed and gave estimated arrival date. Arrived sooner than expected in excellent condition (all fully frozen) although we live in rural northern Illinois. Followed included directions to bake with several different toppings - butter/parmesan, jalapeno/cheddar cheese, blue cheese/bacon, Bruschetta, and Rockafeller. Delish!!
