    Packaging and Shipping Issues

    I was skeptical about frozen oysters but saw many positive reviews and have had great luck with Taylor SF. I pictured theses coming on trays of some kind, but they were just loose in bags. I opened them within a couple hours of delivery, and they were half defrosted already. Most were soft to the touch, and I knew they would have to be used immediately which I had not planned on. I let one sit for about 20 minutes and tried it. It had very little flavor, no brininess and a bad aftertaste. Customer service was excellent, and I got a full refund, but I cannot recommend based on this experience.

    Poor packaging

    The oysters were poorly packaged and they were full of sand and or pieces of shells

    Half Oysters Flash Frozen

    I have traveled all over and eaten many oysters and must say these are, bar none, the best tasting, meaty, sweet, most flavorful raw oysters I have ever tasted. These oysters are straight up, FIERCE! I LOVE THESE OYSTERS. I plan to order them as often as I canconsumer them. I'm so happy I contacted and connected with Taylor Shellfish, one of the best decisions I've made. Thank you for this amazing product.     Virginica Oysters

    The oysters arrived beautifully packaged and ready to defrost. They were delicious. A small concern was the small shell pieces that you encountered when you ate them.

    Awesome oysters!!!

    I ordered these oysters for a dinner party we hosted today. They we beautiful! I am very pleased with the shipping. They arrived exactly as I requested in perfect shape. We grilled them topped with Parmesan cheese and then topped with lemon butter sauce. So very good! I’m glad I bought two boxes! Thank you Taylor Shellfish Farms!!
