    The stunning purple-black shells of our Mediterranean mussels hide nuggets of buttery meat with a rich, mushroomy sea flavor. Mussels intensify any sauce and are equally at home in French, Italian, Asian, or West Coast cuisine.

    We grow ours hanging from floating rafts in deep-water on our Totten Inlet farm, so they are always grit-free and glossy-shelled.

    Our mussels are Food Alliance Certified, making them a sustainable seafood choice.

    Totten Inlet Mussels

    Everything perfect, as usual. Two broken mussels to discard out of 5 lbs.! No issues with shipping. The quantity is great for a small party or a meal for two with ample leftovers to make soup/salad. Thanks, Taylor, for a wonderful product and serious quality control.     We made red curry mussels and they were fantastic! Easy and Delicious! My favorite kind of meal.

    Great quality. Debearding was a challenge and washing was necessary many times…. Arrived a day early with no FedEx information.

    Always Super Fresh!

    These mussels are outstanding every time I order them. Super fresh and amazing the way Chef Chris prepares them with the white wine, butter, shallots, garlic! I don't use dill but parsley...you can drink the broth afterwards!

    Fantastic Mussels

    These mussels are the absolute best. Everything about them is perfect - freshness, size, and flavorfulness!     Totten Inlet Mussels

    My sweetie thought he didn't care for mussels all that much until I ordered these from you on the high recommendation of my daughter, a marine biologist who warned me not to pick the mussels off the dock near my house because of possible pollution from a nearby dump site (abandoned, but nonetheless). Now he thinks highly of them. I've always loved mussels, but these are the best I've had so far, made even better by the fact that I cooked and handled them myself, giving thanks and appreciation to you for their careful handling and to them for their lives. And thanks for all the good communication along the way.

    Totten Mussels

    Best darn mussels! Since moving to Spokane, we have truly missed the accessibility to Taylor’s. The shipping is prompt (thank goodness) and the mussels were perfect! There were only a few shells that didn’t open during cooking. Not bad for a 5lb bag! Keep up the amazing Customer Service!!! We will be ordering again soon!
