OMG! We ordered these mussels for our 4th of July party. They were a smashing success! They arrived one day late. We were a little worried but they showed up just in time. There were only a few cracked shells and a couple that were open. These mussels are so plumps, juicy and succulent! This is why we continue to order from Taylor!
about 1/3 were cracked or no good.. i think it was in transit too long .... the inside of box wasn't cold
This order was delayed by 24 hours by Fed Ex . Only about 50 percent of mussels were safe to use upon arrival at my home. Taylor Shellfish Consumer service contacted and Taylor Shellfish had good service recovery. Therefore will order again and remain a satisfied customer.
