    Small oyster meat

    Fresh and wonderfully sweet. I am not an oyster fan. The only time I’ve ever enjoyed an oyster was a kayaking trip on Barkley Sound in Canada. We stopped at a tiny island that happened to be part of an oyster farm. We asked the owner if we could try an oyster or two and he said to eat as many as we wanted. Fantastic! The small oysters we received from Taylor Shellfish Farms were that level of fresh and sweet. We ate a couple fresh and then I made oyster stew with the rest. Wow, what a treat! If they offered extra small, I would buy them.

    Small Shucked oysters

    The oysters arrived in excellent condition and were very fresh. I love fresh pan fried oysters Within 25 minutes of receiving the oysters from Taylor Shellfresh farms I immediately pan-fried 15 of them to eat I was in love The oysters were packed and delivered in perfect condition
