They taste really good i grilled them. Some showed up dead. But other than that great experience

Such an easy experience! I was super worried about delivery but these arrived the day before christmas, completely cold, sealed well, and handled with care. The temperature card inside indicated they were safe to eat and we had no issues in my group. We're in Oregon now but from Seattle, such a treat to get Taylor Shellfish through the mail. The oysters smelled like sea salt and just so fresh when I opened the box. The colander method recommended worked super well. My group's eyes were bigger than our stomachs, 30 pieces was too much for the 5 of us on christmas day with all the other good snacks going around. Next time I'll reserve more in my fridge for the day after christmas as the storing method will keep them fresh for 5 days. Absolutely delicious! Such a fun new tradition for us. Thank you Taylor Shellfish!

We grilled 13m the first day (which were good), but 2 were HORRIBLY bad and had to be discarded (black/brown muck inside). My husband got COVID the next day (nothing to do with the oysters) so we had to throw away the rest .

Big, Delicious and Fresh

These are big fat delicious oysters! Invite friends to help you eat them all. Each one was like 3 bites and I had to for lie down for awhile after eating 5 (way too much but I couldn’t let them go to waste). Get the herbed butter to top them. It’s a must! They were delivered very cold and smelled only of the sea. Every one was alive and briny with goodness. The communication from Taylor re arrival time was excellent. This was my first order but definitely not my last.

Large Grillers are delicious! Deep cup, plump, clean and a beautiful flavor and mouthfeel! They last a good 10 days and then some. Ice cold with a splash of lemon and / or Tabasco, or simply naked, yummmmy
