Amazing! The seafood tastes as fresh as though it just left the Pacific waters! I have sent this to 2 friends, and both times the dinner was declared fantastic! The pan is really solid and beautiful as well. Safety is guaranteed in the shipping containers. I wish it was available at the Chuckanut store……
