    The pan leaves a lot to be desired

    Haven't made the paella yet – I'm sure it will be delicious like everything is from Taylor Shellfish! However, the way the paella pan was delivered makes no sense. There was a sticker pasted onto the center of the pan itself, and it did not come off easily. After spending ~30 minutes peeling the sticker and the parts that didn't peel off entirely, and attempting to wash out the sticker residue, I'm now left with a pan that has quite a bit of sticker residue still on it. Will continue to try and scrub it off, but it begs the question of why the sticker was ever put there in the first place. I doubt this is a Taylor thing as it's a Matiz pan and the sticker was Matiz branded as well. Nonetheless a frustrating situation that has left me not exactly excited about using the pan.

    Paella Kit

    Amazing! The seafood tastes as fresh as though it just left the Pacific waters! I have sent this to 2 friends, and both times the dinner was declared fantastic! The pan is really solid and beautiful as well. Safety is guaranteed in the shipping containers. I wish it was available at the Chuckanut store……

    Paella

    I loved this. The seafood was so fresh and plentiful. It easily fed six people. I am going to order again soon. Well worth the money

    Perfect gift!

    I sent the paella kit to my parents for my dad's 75th birthday. It arrived on the right day in perfect condition and temperature even though they live in a fairly remote area. My dad called IMMEDIATELY when it arrived and he was thrilled! Pretty great to be able to get a gift that excites you at any age. They got a meal (several meals actually - this kit contains a LOT!) and they also got a fun experience in preparing it. They raved about how delicious it was - my dad was so proud he posted a picture of the paella on his Facebook page, something he very rarely does. Thanks for helping me provide a perfect birthday gift to a special man!

    Paella Kit

    This kit produced a very nice Valentine’s Day dinner for two. But we could have easily fed two more people with healthy appetites (it is a lot of food). All of the ingredients were tasty and the paella pan included with the kit was a plus. I should have read the recipe beforehand, but I did not have the peppers it calls for and it was too late to go to the store to get them. I added smoked sausage for additional flavor and it complimented the other ingredients well. I think it would have been a little tastier with the peppers. All in all, a good value with quality ingredients.

    Paella dinner kit

    This was the best birthday dinner for my husband! It was just the 2 of us, and the leftovers were still scrumptious! We will do this again!

    The best

    We ordered this for a birthday dinner and it was delivered right on time. All was beautifully wrapped and the seafood looked pristine. On opening the box, I was thrilled by all: the shellfish, the Matize rice, a jar of Sofrito and the paella pan! Then it was easy to put together and it fed six of us. Excellent as always !!
