These are now my go to oysters. 30 for $60 is best price ever. I ordered 30 kumos and 60 petites. My wife and I nearly finished all of it!! There were also great in the oven!!!
Description
Our #1 oyster, famous for its sweet-and-salty cucumber flavor. Pacifics are gorgeous, with ruffled shells that can be colored green, brown, black, white, purple, and pink. The meats get big and plump, and can excel on the half shell or on the grill. We farm our Pacifics in a number of different bays, each with its own signature flavor.

Taylor Pacific extra smalls
GREAT OYSTERS!! They arrived on time and in great shape, very fresh and not one bad oyster in the bunch. 3"- 3 1/2" shells, deep cups with meaty treats inside. These oysters are amazing. Mild salinity, great texture with a good crisp bite. Flavors of melon, celery and subtle minerals with a long sweet finish. Paired these with champagne and it was a great pairing.
