Our #1 oyster, famous for its sweet-and-salty cucumber flavor. Pacifics are gorgeous, with ruffled shells that can be colored green, brown, black, white, purple, and pink. The meats get big and plump, and can excel on the half shell or on the grill. We farm our Pacifics in a number of different bays, each with its own signature flavor.

Delivered early. Packaged well. Very tasty Oysters. Sweet and Briny. My only criticism would be they were slightly bigger than I expected. Would not consider them a Large oyster by any means just larger than I felt the picture depicted. Maybe put a coin next to the oysters for scale? That being said I would order again for the flavor and freshness.

First time with Pacific oysters. The oysters were of good size and easy to shuck. Initially a hearty vegetal aroma/taste which blended well with a lower brininess than expected. Good firm, plumb meat; sweet through to the end. Paired well with a dirty Martini. Flavor lingered like a fine single malt scotch. Will definitely buy again.
