Our #1 oyster, famous for its sweet-and-salty cucumber flavor. Pacifics are gorgeous, with ruffled shells that can be colored green, brown, black, white, purple, and pink. The meats get big and plump, and can excel on the half shell or on the grill. We farm our Pacifics in a number of different bays, each with its own signature flavor.

Delivered on time and in perfect shape. The flavors were spot on per the description, but I was really surprised by how creamy the oysters were this time around. A shot of lemon really complemented the oysters on the half shell!
As always shipped fresh and cold . Had Gust this weekend and grilled these they were very Happy and stuffed as I was also the best oysters they ever had and I agree Thank You so much
We ordered 60 Pacific Petites to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The oysters arrived on time and fresh. Consumed 24 that night, 24 the next night and 12 are on tap for this evening. They stay cold and fresh on the top shelf of the refrigerator. A wonderful burst of pleasure in this lockdown world!
