    You can't go wrong!

Wonderful, full body oysters with a distinctive flavor (particular when compared with the oysters of the east coast). Some of the best I've had! Will certinally get more from Taylor!!

Creamy, hint of briny flavor. I live on East Coast and only lost 2. Taylor’s packaging is simply magnificent.

First order and very pleased with service and quality. Hardest d... oysters I have ever shucked and that covers a lot of varieties. Maybe the blade on the knife I had was a bit broad.

Loved these! We are land locked and craving oysters so we decided to try Taylor Shelfish Farms for a social distance anniversary dinner.. I’m already a fan of traditional Kumo’s so trying a larger version was a real treat. The quality was exceptional. We ate them on the half shell with a little lemon and hon wasabi. I will absolutely order again and I’m excited to try all the other muscle and clam options.

    Sumo Kumo Oysters

Ordered 2 times of this and can't get enough of the freshness and volume of the taste! Also are on the larger side which is a plus for me, compared to the kumamoto ones.

Supposed to arrive before 10:30am via fedex but arrived after 4 pm. 8 out of 30 already opened up and were discarded. The rest of the oysters were high quality, briny, and sweet. If you live on the east coast, shipping could be a problem.
