Our Sumo Kumo Oysters are the larger, more refined sibling of the Kumamoto Oyster, they are twice the size and twice as wise. Aged to perfection after 4-6 years, these premium oysters offer a rich, complex flavor, making them ideal for raw enjoyment.
Grown from the same mid-century heirloom Kumo seeds in Chapman’s Cove, WA. These bivalves boast Incredible flavor – think salted honey melon, brimming with sweet liquor and sweet lime notes balanced by a light brine.

Sumo Kumo
Arrived right on time. While we love them on the half shell, we’ve found we love them more grilled with garlic butter and/or fresh lemon. A real treat!
