Fat Bastard Oysters are the largest size of our premium Tide-Tumbled Pacific oysters. Grown since 2009, these oysters are cultivated in our tumbling bags that are affixed to floats, gently rolling with the natural tide to create smooth, deep cups.
By floating near the water's surface, Fat Bastard Oysters feed on the freshest algae, resulting in a bright, savory flavor with plenty of briny liquor.

Excellent delivery experience and product…, the sooner they’re consumed, the better. I’m guessing they tend to stress and may be more difficult to pry open as time passes. Too many for a typical couple to consume in one or two days, but best live oysters I’ve purchased. Are fun for a party, especially if someone else does the shucking.
The oysters are great, but I have yet to receive a full order. The bagger has a problem counting to 30. Two orders, one had 29 oysters the next one only 26
Grilled these oysters for a small get-together and we all agreed, these are the best oysters we’ve had. My preparation might’ve had something to do with it, of reality is, these are excellent oysters. Live in Arizona and received them overnight during warm weather— they were received in perfect condition. I’ll definitely order these fat bastards again.
