This was my second order since I enjoyed the first so much. The second shipment of oysters was smaller than the first, disappointing but still delicious.
Description
Fat Bastard Oysters are the largest size of our premium Tide-Tumbled Pacific oysters. Grown since 2009, these oysters are cultivated in our tumbling bags that are affixed to floats, gently rolling with the natural tide to create smooth, deep cups.
By floating near the water's surface, Fat Bastard Oysters feed on the freshest algae, resulting in a bright, savory flavor with plenty of briny liquor.

Such a treat
These oysters were plump and medium in size with a bright, briny flavor. Wonderful! Delivered well chilled and nicely package we enjoyed our meal!
Fat Bastard Oysters
Amazing taste! Briny and plump. Great to eat on the half shell, or to use in recipes. I grew up on the Eastern Shore of MD. These are the first "West Coast" oysters that even come close to the taste of the oysters from the Chesapeake Bay. I will totally buy them again!!!
