I'm a first time buyer and I've got to say that these oysters are fabulous. They're slightly briny, firm and meaty. Absolutely the best oysters I've ever tasted.
Premium quality
Yes, you pay a premium price...but these *are* the best smoked oysters I have had. Plump and meaty with a firm texture, unlike the small mushy mass-market oysters. The smoke flavor is delicate and doesn't overpower the oysters' own flavor.
