Yes, you pay a premium price...but these *are* the best smoked oysters I have had. Plump and meaty with a firm texture, unlike the small mushy mass-market oysters. The smoke flavor is delicate and doesn't overpower the oysters' own flavor.
Amazing flavor and texture. I will order these again and again. The only thing I would like to see is organic olive oil instead of sunflower oil.
The flavor and size of the oysters is fantastic however, I admit to missing the oil that competitive brands are packed in. Just a personal preference here.
