The only difference is their circumference, making them the perfect addition to any seafood feast.

Originally found only along the Atlantic Coast, these oysters were introduced to the Pacific Coast in the 1890s. They thrive exclusively in the algae-rich waters of Totten Inlet, where the mixing of waters from Little Skookum Inlet and Puget Sound creates the ideal environment.

These oysters finish with a buttery richness and a subtle hint of sweetness so good you could finish the 30ct sack alone!
