The best mussels time and again!
I first tasted these mussels at a small restaurant in Woodland Hills about 15 years ago. I looked for them in many restaurants, but few served them. So, I waited a few years and ordered them directly from the company. They are not inexpensive, but they are worth the price, because they are plump, in good condition (very few cracked, small or dead) and so fresh and delicious! I wait until the day I’m serving them to de-beard them. They always come out great when I follow the directions and don’t overcook them! If I order too many, they are great in a pasta dish within a few days. Unfortunately, we hardly have any leftovers!
