    The stunning purple-black shells of our Mediterranean mussels hide nuggets of buttery meat with a rich, mushroomy sea flavor. Mussels intensify any sauce and are equally at home in French, Italian, Asian, or West Coast cuisine.

    We grow ours hanging from floating rafts in deep-water on our Totten Inlet farm, so they are always grit-free and glossy-shelled.

    Our mussels are Food Alliance Certified, making them a sustainable seafood choice.

    Mussels

    OMG.. Doesn't get much better than this. Plump, tender and absolutely delicious. They arrived a say later than scheduled due to my eastern Washington location. The ice was still frozen and the mussels perfectly safe and chilled.....time to order more. Excellent!

    Mussels

    I too am from Belgium. These Mussels were excellent! Nice size, fresh and plump. My parents who are also from Belgium enjoyed the meal with us and were very impressed! We will definitely order again.

    Mussels

    As a Belgian I must agree that these mussels are the absolute best on the market! Large, plump and great flavor. A staple in our house now!! Oysters and clams also. The packaging is great and insures ice-cold freshness! Great job!

    Mussels

    Mussels are a National dish in my native country of Belgium so I have high standards for mussels. These mussels are the absolute best I have ever had. They arrived on time and fresh. Large, succulent with only 2 broken. Highly recommended!

    Mussells

    Although two crushed mussels were found in bag, we were very pleased with the freshness. Delivered in iced cold packaging and on the desired day. I cooked them in curry broth, came out just absolutely delicious.

    Totten Inlet Mussels

    This is the first year we tried the Totten Inlet Mussels. As advertised, they kept getting bigger and plumper as the summer progressed. A little pricey but a great value. In three five-pound shipments there were three broken mussels. A near perfect record. Clean and delicious. Shipments arrived on time with one small exception that was tracked and backed up by excellent customer service. We will definitely be ordering this product again in the future.

    Tasty but poor care of the mussels

    We received free 5 lbs bag of mussels with our purchase. They were really tasty. However, we noticed more than 10 pieces were crashed when we were cleaning up the mussels. Just felt they were not under good care - could be transportation issue or product issue in general.
